S&W Imaging Facsimile Tool
Our Imaging System (SWIFT) provides recording, indexing, verifying, and searching of instruments. In addition our system combines accounting, marriage license, notary, and many other useful features.
Using the latest hardware from top manufacturers, our system makes recording of documents easy and fast. With our user friendly multi-window environment it is possible to perform several tasks at the same time.
Using SWIFT and S&W's Property System, deeds that are scanned into SWIFT will automatically be transferred to the mapping register. All the information that goes with the deed will also be transferred, making it easier and faster for the property tax office to obtain deed information. Data from reports also is interfaced with our Cashbook program to eliminate redundant keying.
RECORDING:
*Record an instrument within minutes. Using our system you can scan over 40 pages a minute.
*You only have to clock the first page. Let our system automatically stamp the images with the instrument information. This saves a large amount of time for office personnel.
*If you need to add a page, change a fee, or correct a mistake, it can all be done instantly from the same screen.
*Printed receipts for your customers can contain any instrument information desired.
*Endorse your checks using our POS Printer.
SEARCHING:
*Search by Instrument ID, Book/Page, Name, UCC Number, Case Number and Platted information to simplify finding the desired results.
*Use multiple filter features such as date range, only instruments of a specific type and Grantor and Grantee.
*You also have the option to make users login to print copies; the amount due is automatically logged and added to your accounting section and copy fees.
INDEXING:
*Load Names from the previous instrument with the click of a button.
*Swap name information if names are mistakenly keyed in the wrong section.
*Modify names to make changes instead of having to delete and re-key them.
*Sort Instruments by department such as Probate and Real Property to help filter out unwanted instruments.
*Keep a list of frequently used corporations and subdivisions to speed up data entry.
MARRIAGE LICENSE:
*Easy to use interface. Enter in marriage license information exactly like the Marriage License form.
*Information is stored and can be retrieved for future references such as printing license and certificate information. This means you do not have to re-key information into the system.
*License, Application and Certificates are scanned into our system and customized for you. You do not have to feed pre-made license forms into the printer;; our system will generate them for you.
*Bride and Groom information is automatically indexed into the system so you don't have to index the marriage license later.
